What’s a good age to start playing?

I started playing the spoon when I was 9 years old, but you're never too young (or old!) to try it out.

What kind of songs can you play?

You can tap almost any melody you can think of, but faster songs usually sound best.

How long does it take to master the spoon?

That obviously depends on your personal talent. If you have a good musical ear, you will probably get the hang of it within a few hours of practice. Please drop me a line to tell me how long it took you!

Is the spoon a must? Can you tap a tune with other objects?

Using the Flicking technique you can tap tunes on many objects (e.g. rulers, pens, lighters, markers etc.) - but a teaspoon is probably your best choice.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we only accept orders in the USA, but more countries will be added soon.

Can I eat with the TapATune spoon?

Sure, it is a spoon after all...
But don't do that :-) Treat it as a musical instrument and it will serve you for many years. Keep it clean with some warm soapy water (not dishwasher safe).
